Billing questions
Can I try Premium and then stop?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription settings at any time. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do I lose my matches if I stop paying?
No. Your account, profile, matches and conversations stay exactly as they are. You just go back to the free feature set.
Is there an ad-free option?
Yes — Gold and Platinum include ad-free browsing. Advertising never has access to your conversations on any plan.
How do refunds work?
Contact support with your order details. Refunds and reversals are applied to your entitlement as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider.
